Welcoming Grace Pagtakhan

Southwest Orlando Family Medicine, P.L. is happy to introduce the newest addition to our Clinician Team! Grace Pagtakhan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is new to the Orlando area and to Southwest Orlando Family Medicine, P.L. Grace completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University and her graduate studies at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Grace brings with her over 10 years of experience in cardiology and nursing leadership, and has lived in the Philippines; Brooklyn, NY; Virginia Beach, VA; and now, Orlando, FL.

Along with getting to know the Orlando area, she spends most of her time with her husband and three children, often reading and cooking. We are excited to welcome Grace to the team, and she feels the same, saying, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with such dynamic and cohesive team!” Grace is at our main office and can be seen by appointment.
